About TriCollective

We’re here for the real work of support - the kind that sticks.

Whether it’s navigating the NDIS, building skills, or creating a sense of home through SIL, our team shows up and follows through.

We’re a registered NDIS provider, audited and approved since 2016 to deliver direct support for people with psychosocial, intellectual and neurological disabilities including acquired brain injury. Our Community Mentoring and SIL homes work for participants of varying needs including the complex.

Our highly experienced Support Coordination Services are available to anyone with an NDIS plan — no matter the diagnosis.

We work closely with families, referrers, clinicians and participants to ensure that support is not only aligned to the plan — but genuinely makes sense for the person.

Why referrers choose TriCollective

We understand the urgency, nuance and pressure behind every referral

We’re fast, responsive and transparent

We support people others sometimes turn away - especially those with psychosocial needs, dual diagnoses, or past placement breakdowns

We offer coordinated support across SIL, Community Access and Coordination to reduce fragmentation

We aim to mitigate against loss - of your time, resources and importantly - essential funding

We’re not just a provider - we’re a partner

Welcome to TriCollective.

Please take your time to look around and ask any questions you may have, to feel reassured and confident in our service.

Our team is a great mix of experienced workers that demonstrate their commitment and care through their years of loyalty and confident familiarity with our service users.

Like our clients and their families, our team has a diverse understanding of mental illness, caring, discomfort, and discrimination and bring these perspectives as strengths to the roles we each play.

A bit about the CEO.

I bring over 20 years of experience across Community Mental Health and Social Services in both Australia and New Zealand.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Psychology) and have studied Business Ethics and Marketing plus numerous certifications in Community Services and Community Corrections.

I bring experience in leading high-performing teams across the NDIS and Mental Health space here in the Hunter. And I’ve been privileged to work with individuals and families who face complex challenges, witnessing powerful outcomes — even in high-volume, high-pressure environments.

Once again, Welcome. I trust it will be an experience that even we ourselves would choose.

Warm Regards,

Nicola McFarland

Founder & CEO, TriCollective
