About TriCollective

Our story

TriCollective has been a registered NDIS support Service since 2016 based in the Hunter NSW.

Originally established out of industry experience and knowledge to address a need for responsive, practical, and innovative NDIS service delivery; we continue to move forward with these qualities in mind.

TriCollective imagery of the hive (logo) and slogan ‘live a life unlimited’ are based around the idea of working together and all the hard work and collective effort the hive invokes. Our staff work autonomously for the greater goal of going above and beyond for those we are entrusted to support.

Operated by a female CEO, we subtly work toward breaking down barriers and expectations to support the possibility of a life unlimited.

Our values

Providing a service that is direct and approachable, with quick turnaround of high value experiences. Being a generous service and establishing safe and sustainable outcomes for participants, their families and supports.

Meet our CEO – Nicky

(Nicola McFarland)

Welcome to TriCollective. It is my sincere hope that your experience of us is one that aligns with our values. That we have been responsive to you, delivered a high-end service experience and left you with a sense of possibility for living a life unlimited.

As the company develops and grows I hope our roots are well established so our practices are solid, and our integrity remains.

Sourcing the right personnel with life experience, and willingness to share knowledge has made for great mentors and managers over the years. Now as we move into 2024, development and refinement of personnel is high on my list of priorities so that we can continue to make good on our commitment to high-end service experience.

A bit about me:

I am now exceeding 20 years of experience within the Community Mental Health and Social Services areas in both Australia and NZ much of that time being Newcastle based. I achieved a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Psychology completing complementary papers in Business ethics and Marketing. I have multiple certifications in Community Services and Community Corrections but most of all I have experience in managing successful teams in the NDIS and Mental Health Space that have achieved some fantastic outcomes in high volume, for participants like you or those you love.

Like many I can appreciate Mental Illness, discomfort, and discrimination from a personal perspective. I hope myself, TriCollective and its personnel will be a positive experience and empowering tool in anyone’s individual support journey.
